FAQ

A: Typically, you want the hair to be long enough for the wax to adhere to, about ¼ of an inch long.

A: No, you cannot. This is an exclusive membership much like a gym member is. It is yours and yours alone.

A: Yes, you can exfoliate the area the day before, shower and wash the area the day of.  Do not workout before or after and avoid physical activity that may cause you to sweat. 

A: Be sure to shower and arrive clean before your massage. This is for you and your massage therapist. Bring a list of any medication you maybe on and arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for paperwork and go over any questions you may have. 

A: NO! requesting such a service may result in you being tased. We take our safety and the safety of our clients seriously. Trust us being tased is not fun, it will hurt bad and you will pee yourself. It’s not worth asking for so don’t risk it.

A: No later then 4 weeks, speak to Brittany about your skin needs she may recommend sooner.

A: No, you can add on for additional charge. 

A: Absolutely, just call the spa to discuss your event. 

 

Absolutely! If you are acne prone and want to seek an alternative treatment then medication we can help. Book an Essential Facial. 

A: We try to be as understanding as possible. So when you no show or cancel your staff does not get paid. For individuals we ask for a 24 hour notice to give us time to back fill your time so our staff can make a paycheck. Groups require 48 hour notice it is much more difficult to back fill several spots then just one. If you cancel or no show before after the above stated times you will be charge 50% of your appointment. All of that goes to the therapist you scheduled with; ERS keeps none of it.  Please be a good human and respect our staff’s time. 

A: All sales are final. No returns on product, gift cards or services.
